I love the idea of renting a Fabulous Wedding Cake Stand! How does this work?
Browse through our current designs available for rental. Make your selection and contact us with your request. If the stand you have selected is available on the date you requested, you may then use your credit card to secure that your Fabulous Wedding Cake Stand is reserved for your special day. At the time of the reservation, your rental fee, which includes shipping and handling is required. Once we receive your reservation fee, we will send you an email confirmation which will include a message for your baker. We suggest you notify your baker well in advance that you will be using a special stand for your cake.
Is there a deposit required?
One week before your scheduled event, we will place a reserve equal to the retail value of your selected stand. Once the stand is returned to us in it’s original condition, we will release the reserve that was put on your credit card.
How will my FWCS arrive?
Your beautiful wedding cake stand will arrive via UPS ground several days prior to your reserved date. We require a signature confirmation so please make arrangements for someone to be present to accept the package and sign for it. Please be certain to retain the box and all of the original packing material. You will use these same materials to return the stand to us.
When will I need to return the stand?
Our wedding cake stands are in high demand and therefore on a tight reserve schedule. We ask that you return the stand, securely packed in the same box that it was received in. Ship using the label that is included with your instruction packet within two business days of your event. Any stand shipped later than the two allowed days will be subject to an additional rental charge. We know this will be an exciting, busy time for you. Chances are that you will be enjoying your honeymoon! We suggest you enlist someone trustworthy to take care of the rental return of your wedding cake stand.
What if the stand I would like isn’t available for my wedding?
The number of stands available for rental are limited. The earlier you make your reservation, the better chances of your chosen stand being available. We suggest reserving your Fabulous Wedding Cake Stand at least three months before your wedding. Please note that our goal is to accommodate your requests and we encourage you to contact us if you have any special requests or question.
